We found all contact with you very good and helpful and we feel you gave a lot of extra help after the sale with the fitting out of our house.  We feel you may have gone beyond the call of duty for us!  Maybe it would be good to have a concise document available summarising the legal and tax issues.  This would be good even as a reference, as one forgets the exact details a few years after buying the house.
There was a slight delay finishing the houses, but we expected this, as building projects often go over time.  When we got the house we were pleased with it, especially with the fact that the public areas were faithful to the plan, for example the dunes and trees had been kept and the planting done.  The pool is always clean and tidy.  We would indeed recommend your company to others and have done so.

Anyone thinking of buying from Lama should have no doubts whatsoever.  We have received excellent service from the word go, when we were met in St Gilles and showed the yet to be developed site at Green Village.  Veronique and Catherine spent several hours showing us round other completed sites to demonstarte the build quality etc and quickly convinced us that we would like to invest with Lama.  Our experience has obviously been first rate as we are in the process of buying a 2nd property from them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to you.  In short Lama provide superior properties at a good price, with excellent finishing and workmanship, coupled with fantastic customer service before, during and most impressively after the sale.

I trust you are well.  I don't know if comments from someone like me, who dealt with house purchase from Lama almost six years ago, are still acceptable for your livre d'or, but I note from the web site that no one from the Domaine de Vertmarines is included, and that cannot be right. 
Mary and I have had the utmost pleasure dealing with Lama and in particular with you and Francis.  The normal anxieties over buying a home overseas were largely dispelled by the open, honest and patient way you and Francis led us through the whole process.  From the beginning, when we were not sure we wished to buy a home in St Jean de Monts, until the final meeting with the notary, to sign up, we were guided and advised and befriended by Lama staff.  The fact we now have a beautiful home, expertly built, in a wonderful setting in St Jean de Monts is testament to the trust we placed in you and on which you delivered in magnificent fashion.  We have never doubted the sense and good judgement we exercised in dealing with Lama and each time we visit the Domaine, and our second home, we are delighted as much as before.  Our grandchildren now enjoy their new home too, so a third generation of the Kavanaghs will experience the pleasure of a Lama home even though it was only built six years ago. 
I hope you can use my testimony, Lama, and particularly you and dear Francis, deserve all the praise in the World.

I’m sure you will remember us although we have not been in contact for some time. Thought you would like to know Viv and I have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in our new house.
