He began his career as a member of the marketing team in a programme to renovate the protected area which is home to the ancient church at Puteaux. He became the property programmes director, within the Gippi group, of projects located mainly in the Charente-Maritime and Vendée areas of France. His duties included the search for land, the specification of products, the development of a communication strategy, and sales management. He was promoted to the position of marketing director of the Gippi group. Finding funds and partners, concurrently with the management of construction projects, coupled with technical, administrative and financial management,then became his daily concerns.The programmes represent a total of around twenty sites in the regions of Vendée,Charente-Maritime, Saône et Loire, Alpes de Haute Provence and Var among others.

He became interested in the conservation of the environment and adapted a system of artificial algae which would protect the coast against erosion. He became the principal shareholder of LAMA. As partner, he participates in the funding of the different non-trading real estate investment companies. His role is to imagine, create, develop and establish new residentials complexes, whilst assuring the commercial and technical follow-up of the complexes already running.

He began his career as administrator of a hydroelectric installation programme in Morocco with Spie Batignolles. He was in charge of the management of accounts, budget, personnel (about 500 staff), customs transit, supplies, computing, liaison with local authorities, and general services. He acquired the post of property programme administrator at Seipim, a subsidiary of Spie Batignolles.He was thus responsible for the financial and administrative running of operations, the drafting of performance indicators for the follow-up of deals, helping set up new operations and the development of balance sheets and provisional budgets.

He became property programme manager for Gippi at Digne les Bains, and then at Saint-Aygulf Fréjus. His assignment was to set up operations, search for land properties, manage the financial and administrative aspects of the operations, set-up marketing policies, manage financial and fiscal products and market research, and develop the implantation of the group in the south of France. As manager of LAMA, he is now responsible for all of the company's administration and the management, in all aspects of company's life (finance, accounting, and fiscal and legal matters).
