WHAT WE DO
The business activities of the LAMA Company are essentially turned towards the creation of innovative concepts in the field of properties and real estates in Vendée. The first step of Company's involvement is to handle the development and specification of the product, secure partnership with local authorities, and search for financial partners. The next step is to take the responsibility for the technical, financial and administrative management of the work so assigned. Each project is initiated through SCI's (Non-trading real estate investment companies) involving different partners. Finally, the role of the Company is to conduct the management and sales of residential complexes, including set-up of sales and communication strategies, the establishment of on-site sales structures, and also the development of suitable fiscal and financial products.At the date of mid-2006, LAMA have sold more than 850 new build properties in Vendée.
THE BIRTH OF THE COMPANY
Armed with their fifteen years' experience in the profession, Michel Mazaud and Erwan Letac joined in 1994 to create the LAMA Company which benefits greatly from their expertise and professionalism. Their professional careers have allowed them to discover all the diverse trades and crafts involved in property and construction. Hence, they had in hands all the tokens required to get involved in property programmes of various and specific natures: office complexes, hydro-electric installation, national property development competitions, holiday villages, holiday homes etc. In 1995, they decided to create GPL, a rental management company, thus rounding off their professional experience in all fields.
