The 62 houses, which seem to invite the visitor to explore, are grouped in 14 islands and enjoy a "seaside village"
atmosphere: - wide and open ways, - patios planted with tall trees, - individual gardens bordered by high walls, - pedestrian walkways, - car
parks grouped in two distinct zones.
The whole of the built area is enclosed in a universe of greenery to give the inhabitants a peaceful environment
and a certain quality of life.
THE ARCHITECTURE RETypical of the Vendée region, the houses are
characterised by their simplicity of form and appearance: walls rendered in pale colours, a contrast ensured by blue woodwork and red tiles. |
